Dallas' Eye Surgery, and Grandma and Grandpa visit!

On Friday, Dec. 19th, 2008 Dallas went to the hospital to have his surgery on his eye lid. Basically the surgery pulled Dallas left eye lid up and removed some Fatty tissue that made his eye puffy. The Doctor warned us that we will be a little shocked with how it looks right now but after the swelling goes down, the bruising goes away, and the incisions heal it will be much better. We won't know how close his left eye will look compared to his right eye, but the Doctor said that the surgery went perfectly without a hitch and if we need to make any corrections after he has heals it won't be a problem. Well Grandma and Grandpa Connell came to visit that day too. Dallas was so excited he couldn't wait, they came Friday evening and left Saturday in the afternoon. We had a lot of fun as you can see!

Dallas' lost a tooth!

Here is our cutie pie!!! He lost his 4th tooth today the first one on top. We just can't believe how cute he looks with out it. He was really brave as we tied dental floss around it and pulled, and he didn't cry at all. He is really excited and can suck through a straw with his mouth closed. Well this is our exciting news, hope you all enjoy!!!!

Dallas's First Day of School as a First Grader!

Here he is, Dallas is so big and grown up I can't believe it.

He started crying when he looked in the class room, I think he was just nervous with a new teacher and new classmates.
He was so excited to see his kindergarten teacher, Mr. Greves.

Uncle Ryan and Jonah

After the Family Reunion, Chris and Mandi came up with their kids for a few days. One night we watched their 3 adorable kids and Uncle Ryan and Jonah had a lot of fun, while the babies were sleeping. Ryan took Jonah for a ride in his 1970 Chevelle, and got to see some hot air balloons flying over our house. Jonah is such a cutie. We'll take him off your hands anytime, Mandi. Just let us know.
